My wife and I had very little time while in Florida. Right now our primary residence is in Ct. The short time we were in Florida Randy listen to our needs and showed us the houses that would be right for them. Dependable, Knowledgable, definitely a Go to guy if you are selling or buying house. All we did was give him the keys( as we had to move to NY from Tampa) and explained him our expectations. Rest all, he took care as if his condo. He frequently visited condo to make sure everything is good and he set up an repairman to fix the AC problems we were having. His suggestion during the deal were also accurate. I have to say his dealing is awesome. If you are thinking to take his help, just go ahead. He will do great justice to his job.
