Randal sold my Prescott Valley home and did a great job. His communication skills and knowledge are exceptional. We had a slight problem with the city and Randal had to make several calls and trips to their offices but got everything done to everyone’s satisfaction. If I were to sell another house in the Prescott area I would not hesitate to use Randal’s services. Thank you, Randal for totally removing all stress and making my sale a piece of cake.

Randal is an outstanding realtor. His marketing and communication skills are extremely professional. His knowledge and expertise of the real estate market are top notch. He takes pride in his presentation of the process.Randal keeps you informed step by step. His personality is friendly, while keeping us organized and on schedule throughout the process. I highly recommend Randal Breaux for all your real estate needs.

If you buy a second property through the same agent, that speaks volumes of confidence and trust in that agent.

Randal was instrumental in navigating us thru the complex maze of purchasing our new home. His attention to detail, communication, options and "translation" of paperwork were critical and appreciated. He did this all with compassion and understanding which further made us comfortable throughout the process.

Randal understood our needs and saved us time by concentrating our search time in the Prescott Lakes area. He and Diane helped avoid a stressful situation when we made a last minute decision to cancel the first home we had under contract and without loss of our earnest money deposit.

very professionnal and knew this area very well about the pricing and sales level of houses in our area. Took pictures from above with his drone camera which gave a good view of the entire area. gave a great perspective of the whole area.

Ask him for anything, even removing a deceased animal on property before COE! Knows the ins and outs of contracts and negotiations.

Knowledgeable power house couple who will exceed your expectations. Randal and Diane make you feel like your house is the only listing. They are so kind, and hard charging. Our house was on the market for one weekend before getting above asking price offer. They do what's best for their client with no pressure at all. We loved them, and would recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Randal's market knowledge was phenomenal. His website provides more information regarding the Prescott and Prescott Valley area than any other real estate broker. As out of state buyers we were driven to multiple locations to get a feel of various locations and its amenities. Randal worked extensively and diligently in negotiating our purchase as we were negotiating with a builder who did not want to give an inch on anything. He negotiated a price reduction and various consolations in a rising market price environment. After we were in contract he made a video of the entire inside and outside of the home along with measurements . He even provided a sky view.

Randal and his wife Diane were without a doubt the best realtors I have dealt with in decades. My wife and I have moved several times, and this was a difficult one moving from New Jersey to Prescott. Not only did they work with us while we were in the area, they also stayed in touch with us regularly while we were back in New Jersey. When we found a property we liked, they were instrumental in helping us with a local mortgage company, home insurance, and information on all of the utility companies we needed to deal with. After the home inspection, there were some minor repairs that needed to be done. Randal and Diane personally oversaw all of that work while we remained in New Jersey. I cannot say enough good things about dealing with Randal and Diane. Simply outstanding!

This is the second transaction that we have done with Randal & Diane and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. Very ethical people who will go the extra mile for you.

We moved to Prescott from Northern California. We were 72 and wanted to live in a medium sized active mountain community and hoped we could find one that was as close to our grand daughter in L.A. as we had been in California. My wife started searching Zillow and found both Prescott and Randall and Diane. Working with Randall and Dianne we immediately found that Prescott met all of our expectations. Then we visited and found it to be better than we thought we could ever find. Randall and Dianne's preparation for our visits and response to our requests were immediate and detailed, with both documents and videos of homes. Their selection of homes to review always met our requirements and we had a couple of productive trips to Prescott to look at homes. The sales process went well and our move came quickly, with no complications. Our final inspection resulted in us finding several items that had not been completed and they made sure those were done immediately. Randall provided a list of contractors and other providers that helped us make the changes we wanted in the home we bought. We have lived in Prescot for just over two years and could not be happier
