Randal's market knowledge was phenomenal. His website provides more information regarding the Prescott and Prescott Valley area than any other real estate broker. As out of state buyers we were driven to multiple locations to get a feel of various locations and its amenities. Randal worked extensively and diligently in negotiating our purchase as we were negotiating with a builder who did not want to give an inch on anything. He negotiated a price reduction and various consolations in a rising market price environment. After we were in contract he made a video of the entire inside and outside of the home along with measurements . He even provided a sky view.
Randal and his wife Diane were without a doubt the best realtors I have dealt with in decades. My wife and I have moved several times, and this was a difficult one moving from New Jersey to Prescott. Not only did they work with us while we were in the area, they also stayed in touch with us regularly while we were back in New Jersey. When we found a property we liked, they were instrumental in helping us with a local mortgage company, home insurance, and information on all of the utility companies we needed to deal with. After the home inspection, there were some minor repairs that needed to be done. Randal and Diane personally oversaw all of that work while we remained in New Jersey. We moved to Prescott from Northern California. We were 72 and wanted to live in a medium sized active mountain community and hoped we could find one that was as close to our grand daughter in L.A. as we had been in California. My wife started searching Zillow and found both Prescott and Randall and Diane. Working with Randall and Dianne we immediately found that Prescott met all of our expectations. Then we visited and found it to be better than we thought we could ever find. Randall and Dianne's preparation for our visits and response to our requests were immediate and detailed, with both documents and videos of homes. Their selection of homes to review always met our requirements and we had a couple of productive trips to Prescott to look at homes. The sales process went well and our move came quickly, with no complications. Our final inspection resulted in us finding several items that had not been completed and they made sure those were done immediately. Randall provided a list of contractors and other providers that helped us make the changes we wanted in the home we bought. We have lived in Prescot for just over two years and could not be happier
