This was even more important since the deal involved simultaneously selling two properties and purchasing a third. RaNae represented us for the sale of one property and the purchase of our new home but also helped coordinate the timing of the sale of the other property. RaNae connected us to a lender who provided a great rate and made the loan application process easy and straightforward. She also connected us with home inspection and repair professionals who addressed all the issues that would have delayed the transaction. Finally, the escrow company she recommended and the transaction coordinator she assigned to our deal were easy to work with and smoothed out any wrinkles we encountered. As if this weren't enough, RaNae went out of her way to help introduce us to our new neighbors and become acclimated to our new community. She has kept in touch since we completed the deal several months ago and is always there when we need her. We consider RaNae a friend more than just our Realtor.
