We began our interviewing of agents on Thursday 7/16/20 by leaving messages. On Frdiay morning, we heard from Ramzi and had a very positive interview. On 7/18/20 we signed the contract with him to sell the house. He gave us his recommendation regarding price and said he would sell it within ten days. Although we were selling the house "as is" he made some recommendations regarding landscaping we should do before we showed it. So, it was agreed we would put it on the market on 7/25/20. However, by 7/23/20, he had informally shown the house and had a cash buyer who wanted to close by 8/10/20. Through Ramzi's efforts, and despite having to lower the as-is price based on the buyer's inspection, the price was still over 97% of our listed price. That was a job well-done. And, closing was held on 8/10/20. All of my previous comments clearly delineate how effective he was in providing complete customer satisfaction.
