As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a friendly, very supportive and extremely responsive with extensive knowledgeable realtor and finally we found our Fantastic realtor Ramya Manchala. We were looking for a home in Irvine area around mid Feb 2022 from a different location 90 miles away and wasn’t in a position to drive every weekend for 2-3 Hrs one way cutting through LA Traffic. Understanding our situation, Ramya never hesitated to show us homes that we were interested in the 20 mile surroundings via video call. This was really a huge help for us since we didn’t have to travel every weekend to visit a open house and find a home within our budget. In fact we met Ramya in person only when we finally decided our current home after almost 3 months of house hunt and 3 failures where our offer was not accepted. Ramya gave us a hope and also provided very good advice on Do's and Don'ts while selecting a home as she clearly understood our requirement and looked all the homes through our eyes. She guided us on the offer that we can submit which would be competitive enough for the sellers to consider and found us our first home. During the Escrow process she need to travel outside the US with almost 12 hrs of time difference. Ramya ensured a smooth transition during the Escrow and helped in clearing all the contingencies operating remote during her mid nights which gave my family and me a stress-free experience of buying a new home.
