As a first time home buyer, like many out there, I was not in the right direction. One of my colleagues referred to Ramya with good feedback. Since then she always met the expectation with 5 stars. I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking or do’s and don’ts but she proactively provided this information. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she has on the housing market. She is the best at what she does. In fact, I was uncertain in the beginning to move to Menifee but Ramya shared the data about the housing market progress in Menifee which was very helpful. I have learned a lot during the home tours with her. She pointed out subtle things that we would have missed but were really important for our decision process. Believe me, she will point out all the red flags which you think they are not. She is always leading you in the tours. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. I still remember my experience of working on the offer with her. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is incredible. She maintained a very good professional relationship with the seller's agent as well. Even though am late in responding to counter offer, I think it’s because of her communication and negotiation skills I made it to top in the list and accepted. Whether it is finding a home inspection company, Sewage inspection company, walking through the findings of the inspection, requesting the repairs - you name it, she is next to us spending time and helping. She helped me finding a good lender as well. Best part is, she was also in constant touch with the lender and also with the ESCROW team throughout the process bridging the gaps. We had a very pleasant home buying experience and all the credit goes to Ramya. She was 10 out of 5! :)

As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a friendly, very supportive and extremely responsive with extensive knowledgeable realtor and finally we found our Fantastic realtor Ramya Manchala. We were looking for a home in Irvine area around mid Feb 2022 from a different location 90 miles away and wasn’t in a position to drive every weekend for 2-3 Hrs one way cutting through LA Traffic. Understanding our situation, Ramya never hesitated to show us homes that we were interested in the 20 mile surroundings via video call. This was really a huge help for us since we didn’t have to travel every weekend to visit a open house and find a home within our budget. In fact we met Ramya in person only when we finally decided our current home after almost 3 months of house hunt and 3 failures where our offer was not accepted. Ramya gave us a hope and also provided very good advice on Do's and Don'ts while selecting a home as she clearly understood our requirement and looked all the homes through our eyes. During the Escrow process she need to travel outside the US with almost 12 hrs of time difference. Ramya ensured a smooth transition during the Escrow and helped in clearing all the contingencies operating remote during her mid nights which gave my family and me a stress-free experience of buying a new home.
