Transparent
Ramya was transparent with the process and gave us that right feedback about the house and helped the process go smooth even though we had hurdles and she made sure to direct us on right track to get the contingencies done on time. She patiently booked the appointments when ever we want to visit the house multiple times for multiple reasons
