I highly recommend Ramona to anyone who is in market for a new home or in need of a real estate agent. She came to the rescue after having a terrible experience with someone else’s services. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to answer all my questions and explained every detail to me. Being a first time buyer, I had many questions and she helped clarify and confusion I had. The best thing about Ramona is that she is patient and is not looking to make a quick sale. She gave her opinion about each property and explains the pros and the cons if there are any. My parents also worked with her right after we closed on my purchase. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and even more difficult for us to buy a house! We started working with Ramona in early 2020 to buy a home in Modesto or Riverbank. Due to the pandemic, she cautiously and patiently arranged to show us homes virtually while risking her life during the first months of 2020, when everything was so difficult to adjust. We appreciate her assistance and knowledge that helped us analyze the market and finally found the right choice! During the process, she respectfully answered our questions and clarified any misunderstanding. It was a stressful process for us; however, Ramona's calmness helped us get through the process. She is very professional, extremely helpful, and reliable in her career. We speak very highly of her and are thankful for having her as our buying agent.

We relocated from Colorado to Ripon in 2018 for work. We first met with Romona in May who spent a Sunday afternoon showing us around Modesto, Oakdale and Ripon. She was very knowlegible and patient with all of our questions about the area and California in general. Once we knew we were definitely relocating Romona was very instrumental in helping us find the right house. Once again she gave up a weekend and entertained our marathon house hunting over two days and multiple properties throughout the area. She was so gracious and we found the perfect house. Being out of state Romona was instrumental in the purchase of our new home with inspections, paperwork, etc. We could not have had a better partner in the relocation process and will forever be thankful we found her!

Ramona worked non-stop to sell our house as well as help us buy another house! I felt like she had our back throughout the whole process and she was genuinely looking out for us and making sure everything was done correctly and appropriately. I could always get a hold of her and if she didn't have an immediate answer to my question, she made sure to get it as fast as she could. I never felt like the process took longer because of something she was doing or not doing. Everything from her end seemed to happen flawlessly, and if things weren't happening perfectly, she sure didn't stress us out by telling us until we absolutely had to know and she already had a solution for us!
