Ramona and I had to see a few houses in the Surprise area which is quite a ways from her residence in the East valley. She emailed the houses that we would view, the sequence and time that we would view them, and timed it so that we could both beat traffic there and home. She also did a very good job of explaining my choices and options with each house, as well as the need to move quickly on houses that I really liked.
