I started looking at properties without a realtor, then Ramona was highly recommended by a friend.. We saw a few properties together at first, so she could get a feel for what I wanted. I highly recommend Ramona, if you need a realtor. She is very capable in every aspect, very knowledgeable, and was very flexible with my busy schedule. She made me feel like I was her only client.. and paid attention to detail. When I finally found the property I wanted. She kept me updated with every detail, every email between seller, mortgage company, whoever was involved with the sale. Communication was key. Ramona went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and clearly understood the process. After home inspection a few things had to be tended to by the seller. She stayed in constant contact with seller and followed up daily. Her negotiation skills are impeccable and she is firm when needed.
