Ramons Team and Mark were really helpful during this process while purchasing our first home. They always acknowledge our concerns and we had response within minutes. This team is great and everyone else involve. They made this process very easy for us. Ramon and his team had help many of my family members purchase a home. We gave a list of homes we like to view and he was always prepared and added more homes to list within our loan . he was always prepared to answer any question he’s very knowledgeable.. We are happy in our new home and have plans to purchase another home in the future . We will be coming back to this team. Ps the paperwork process was easy I remember when my mom purchase a home decades ago. I felt overwhelmed for her. I was afraid of this. But never happen very easy and fast
