Our experience with Ramon was a great one. We almost made the mistake of going with another agent that wanted to sell the house as is and under the value of the house. Ramon however was persistent and convinced us to go with him. He helped us fix our home and get it ready for sale. One thing that sets Ramon apart is that he has a well established plan and has proven to be very successful. Every part of the process was enjoyable. Even when our first offer fell out of escrow due to issues with the potential buyers, Ramon already proactively got us another offer that was ready to go and did not present any issues. Our house sold for 50k more than the listing price and sooner than we expected. I will be recommending Ramon to all my friends and family.
