First time home buyer here. In case you read no further, you need contact Ramon and his team. You will not regret it. After a failed attempt to get help from a big name realtor in the area, we called Ramon. We first met up for an informational meeting 01/21/23, and by 03/14/23 we are home owners. Ramon and his son Matthew were always prepared and ready to go the extra mile for us. Ramon negotiated a great deal for us on a very competitive home and was even able to get us more money off as the escrow process continued. Ramon knows the process and was always three steps ahead of us but always kept us informed and involved in the decision making process. It was really nice knowing we were working with someone who really had our backs.
