Ramon is very knowledgable, professional and patient. He did an excellent job listing and selling my home. We did have some minor hiccups, due to Covid. Between showing the house, and having to take the house off market temporarily. But, he worked diligently to get the best price offer, and it sure paid off! He responded to phone calls and emails promptly, always pleasant, and made sure to explain every part of the process to me, especially the legal "mumbo-jumbo".
