Ram is better than I thought it could get. As a local to the area, he has strong contacts and knowledge about everything and more. He was even able to help me understand potential problems with underground pipes and cost estimates for big projects just by walking into a home which is very, very helpful. He also knows everything there is to know about HOA laws and renting laws and helpful strategies as needed there. He has the skill and savvy to be able to calm me down immediately whenever needed, which was often often honestly. Very talented and professional.
