What I mean by that is there’s no way he couldn’t have done it without a cheat code. Buying a house is excruciating when there’s so many steps and requirements, not with Ralph Gibson as your realtor. Fantastic in communication, fantastic in service. He went to hell and back to accommodate for me and my offers on the home as well as keeping me informed on anything with the process. There’s some realtors that are worth top dollar and then there’s Ralph Gibson who your money can’t buy.
Ralph’s knowledge of the market helped me as a first time home buyer to know exactly what type of deal I was getting. He also helped to make the progress go as smoothly as possible. And he had a great level of professionalism when dealing with myself and the other realtor and the sellers. Overall I would highly recommend Ralph to anyone looking for a home and would rate 5/5 stars. If I ever choose to move I will definitely use him again if I can.
