Ralph contacted us through an advertisement where we expressed interest in a house for sale out of state. Although that house was unavailable, he quickly assembled a list of comparable homes, paying close attention to our budget, desires, and requirements. We flew in for a one-day marathon of house hunting and he was tireless in helping us sort through the pros and cons of each house (all nine of them!). We found the perfect one, Ralph advised us through the offer process and celebrated with us when our first offer was accepted. The closing was quick, but had a few bumps which he helped us navigate through and worked wonderfully with all the other professionals involved.
