The procedures and paper work for selling the property were very complicated and seemed endless. This in spite of the fact that there was no loan on the property. At times it seemed that I would not be able succeed in the sale. The HOA fees were exorbitant, endless and cruel. The main reason for our sale of the property was our discouragement with the HOA management. The only helpful person was Ralf.
