I consider myself lucky to run into such a good real estate agent. Raj helped me buy a house. He always put my interest first and thinks from customer (my) point of view to make sure if something will be a good buy or not. There were couple of houses I liked but Raj advised pros and cons on them and explained why I should not buy them even if those houses had higher percentage listed as buyer agent commission.
