I Hired Rajaa to sell my single-family home after it had been on the market for several months, and got little traction. She immediately got to work revamping the listing and identifying critical issues that could help sell the property. She had an open house within the first week and had multiple offers within the first 10 days of being hired. I highly recommend Rajaa for her tenacity, work ethic, go-get-em attitude, market knowledge (this house was actually outside her usual area of operation but she was quick to identify local nuances to get the house sold), and personable and amiable personality.
