Raj Katariya is very passionate realtor who helped me to buy an investment property in 2014 and sale in 2022. She helped to identify an area to buy and give me access to MLS so I can do my own search. She inspected 4-5 homes I short listed and then helped to select one of them, negotiate price, get the loan for overseas investor like me and closing too.
