Rainey Cook guided me through the buying process for a condo perfectly. She was amazing, and advised me of exactly what was happening throughout the entire process. She was very understanding and compassionate when I was indecisive and not committed to the process in the beginning. It's taken me a minute to write this review as we've been busy moving into our new home. Thanks to Rainey Cook and her great team at RealtyOne. While searching for our home Rainey made sure to coordinate our crazy schedules so we could view homes together. If she wasn't available she could connect us with a team member that was. Which was only once. We looked at several homes all over the Des Moines metro before finding the one. Rainey helped us look for things we may not have considered. She also has an excellent inspector that did a top notch job with our home inspection. Now that we're homeowners she continues to contact us making sure we're settling in. She's even helped with a lot of our homeowner questions like sewer insurance and HSA warranty. Thank you Rainey for helping us find the perfect home!
