Raghu's dedication and passion for selling or buying property are out of the world. I happened to work with many realtors in the past however, he stands out of the crowd for sure. Getting on top of the things such as showing the property ahead of everyone and following up with the buyer/seller realtor on a continuous basis is the primary skill that many relators lack which Raghu handles with the breeze. He is very cool in terms of negotiating the deal and making the deal go thru. If I am buying or selling any real estate I would go with him again. I highly recommend his services.

We wanted to sell our home in VA, but we were not physically present in VA. We needed someone who can prep our home and sell it in a short time. Raghu was referred to us by one of our friends, he took complete ownership of prepping the home for sale and sold it for a very good price. We had rented our place after the tenants moved out, he arranged painters, cleaners, and carpet contractors to prep our home for selling, on top of that he negotiated a good price from everyone to keep the cost under budget and monitored the daily progress and communicated with us frequently. In just 15 days, we did all the work and put it on the market, he stayed very late hours to add the photos and list the property on market on time. After it got listed he arranged many private showings and negotiated with multiple potential buyers and got us more offers and a good price of 6% above the listing price. We highly recommend Raghu and will continue working with him for future realtor needs!
