To start, I highly recommend Raffaellina to anyone looking for a realtor - family, friends, you name it. This felt so much more like a partnership than just a realtor and a buyer. I was a first time home buyer and I only sort of knew what I wanted in a home and location. We talked through my preferences and she quickly lined up properties for me to walk through and we quickly started refining my likes and dislikes. We came up with a great blueprint of where/what to look for. She has clearly done this many times before. I was very impressed with her knowledge of all of the inner workings of a home. She's on the buyer side, seller side, and construction side of the business so she knew things I didn't think a realtor would which sky rocketed my comfort with the process. Responses to my emails/text/calls were always immediate or timely, and she followed up with my thoughts on everything pretty regularly. Couldn't be a nicer or easier to talk to person. Again, highly recommended.
