Rafael Requena

I and my family was going to relocate to Los Angeles from Chicago, and I didn't know any realtors here in L.A. I know there are millions of realtors out there. But finding the right one is very imperative, especially if you're buying a single family home that'll cost you half a million dollars($510,000 to be precise in this case). My family was already here looking and going through several Realtors who were not really competent, and my family was not happy with their results. I looked up Rafael Requena on Zillow and called him from Chicago, and believe it or not, I hadn't put my phone down from calling him and he was already meeting with my family. I made the right choice by choosing Rafael, not only did he find us the most beautiful house, Rafael also helped us in finding the loan officer and getting the house financed. Coming from Chicago I and my family were used to newer homes, different square footage and what not. In other words we were really anal about what we wanted, and Mr. Rafael Requena had mountain load of patience with us. I feel bad for the poor guy though. I will highly recommend Mr. Rafael Requena to anybody who wants to buy a piece of Real Estate in Los Angeles area.
