I’d go with him again!
You read up, research, watch the market. You do everything you think you should do before selling the place. Of course you do, it’s your money on the line! I certainly did all that but I couldn’t know everything and I couldn't prepare for what can go bad. I’m glad I had Rafael as my agent when I hit an unexpected snag. I freaked out and got upset. He helped me be more objective, see things clear, make informed decisions and see through. He took proactive steps to solve the problem. He was calm and professional. I’d go with him all over again.
