I’ve had the pleasure, the entire condominium has had the pleasure of knowing Rafael- but me for the past 21 years when I moved into the Clearview Towers. I wanted to sell a second unit that I owned in the building, an investment property. Rafael got the listing and told me right away after a few showings that it would not sell well with the current renter and his belongings and the way he kept the unit dark and had heavy drapes blocking out the sensational views. I gave the tenant 3 months to find a new place and Rafael removed the listing from the MLS thinking about my best interest and not making his own commission until months later. When the tenant vacated, Rafael had four showings lined up for the first day it would be back in the market. He began showing the unit at 9AM and by early afternoon he called me and told me he had a full price offer, all cash, as is, closing in 3 weeks. Who else produces results like that? I’ve sold three of my condos in FL this year and no one clones close to being as decent, as good a human being, nor as phenomenal a realtor as Rafael.
