Earlier this year I received a call from Rafael where he explained how the market was hot and he knew my property had been listed a few times and didn’t sell. I had a prior agent but I felt like he was giving up on the property. As an out of state seller Rafael stepped in to handle everything from the tenant issues to project managing the repairs/renovations we together analyzed would get us the highest price. In the middle of our work the market changed but Rafael only worked harder and in the end sold above list price.
