Rafael Falero

My wife and I are not from Miami, and we met Rafael at an open house for a terrific condo for lease. We loved his whole vibe from the beginning—he listened completely to what we wanted and what we liked and didn’t like about the property. We went home, and the next day we still were talking about how great Rafael was the previous night. We asked him if he would consider trying to find us a place TO BUY and move into before our lease was up in 6 WEEKS. Sounds impossible, right? Short story, Rafael did the impossible; and more impressively, it was really a one stop shop. We are new to Miami, and he didn’t mess around with listings we wouldn’t like. He was always attentive and got our inspections lined up, our financing, our insurance—he and his partners made the experience so incredibly easy. But six weeks???We were asking a lot—we knew that we were. There were problems that showed up in the inspection—we were going to have to move our date back because of it. Nope! Rafael called everyone for us, kept things moving, went to the site to ensure it was taken care of—he did so so much to make them purchase happen. We had to do our own running around too; he asked for paperwork and we turned it in immediately. He needed us to accomplish something so it wouldn’t slow down the process — we did it as soon as his call came in. He saw we cared, and he showed that he cared. Our interest rate was the same as from our long-established relationship bank. If we got nervous, he was always a text away. NONE OF THIS could have happened without Rafael, and I cannot say enough about what a professional and wonderful person he is. We gave him an impossible task and he delivered. I can only imagine how terrific he would be with a normal home buying experience. We will sell our home with him in the future and we will buy with him as our agent again—hopefully in less stressful circumstances. You WANT to work with Rafael Falero—trust me.
