Mr. Rafael Ching sold my home within days of it being listed and closing was completed approximately 55-57 after the initial signing of the contract. Mr. Ching and his team work differently from other real estate companies that I have closed deals with...... Mr. Ching steps aside to let the lawyers handle what they need to handle and the finance team to handle what they need to handle; in other words this real estate team will NOT overstep their boundaries. Other real estate agents I've worked with were involved on all levels which at times can cause many problems and delays. During the deal with the Rafael Ching Team.... I was constantly thinking ahead and literally could figure out what the buyer was going to do or suggest before Mr. Ching confirmed it; he told me that his approach is not to stress out because all situations have a solution if all parties work together.
