Working with the right agent is critical for your success whether you are selling or buying. My first agent did the “post and pray” method and it cost me dearly. Thankfully, Raejean saved the day and I was able to sell my house in a market that is slowly reflecting a decrease in buyer confidence. Raejean gets the job done. Period. She is your trusted adviser throughout the entire process. Her vast network had so many showings in the first two weeks, I thought about staying with friends instead of cleaning the house every morning. Her keen eye on décor will allow you to make minor adjustments or touch ups to insure buyers are impressed with the house instead of thinking they need to pour money into it. Her vast knowledge of what inspectors look for will enable you to plan and know what to expect so there are little to no surprises during the home inspection. Her negotiating skills will make you as much money as possible from the sale. In my opinion, the Portland market is still favorable for the seller, but I fear that will change soon. Thus, I decided to sell my rental. Without hesitation, I chose Raejean. Again. Whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend that you consider Raejean for your life changing decision.
