Raean Murray

We met Raean at an open house and she just asked if we were working with realtor. She was babysitting the open house as it was for an office mate of hers. She asked in such a manner that was friendly and desire to be helpful (not pushy) that we decided to go with her. Understand, my wife and I are very particular and don't necessarily agree on the same compromises you have to make in buying a house. We warned Raean about this and she said it was fine. She said it may take time, but we would find the house we wanted. I could call her, and she would have me in the house I wanted to see that day in most instances. We felt we were her only clients, knowing that isn't the case. That is what I needed from a realtor. I am difficult and know it. Finally, the house came. We saw it and pretty much knew right away, this is the one. With Raean's help, we got creative with our offer and submitted it immediately. House listed on Thursday, we had a contract signed Friday night (with counters!). Raean never seemed bothered by the extra work or the difficulty I brought. She is so pleasant to be around. We will be taking her out to eat after the holidays and things are settled (be thinking of where you want to go R). She deserves more but that is what we have. I would recommend her to anyone including my friends and family. Thank you Raean!
