Selling a house is not "fun". So much to get done and so little time. HOWEVER, our experience with Rae and the recent sale of our house has changed our perspective. She was very knowledgeable about our local market. She suggested a great price based on comps in the area, especially our 55+ community, but one that would be competitive. Her suggestions on showing the house, helped it to be clean and attractive to those that stopped by. We had a sale, at list price in less that a week after listing and Rae was able to negotiated and additional 30 days occupancy for us which was a big help since we are moving cross country.
