Our 1st realtor in 6 Mos only showed house once. She seemed preoccupied. Having Racquel was a blessing. Had offers on house within 3 weeks & sold a week later. We could call her anytime day or night & she got back with us in a short time & didn't ghost us like 1st realtor.
