DO NOT HIRE RACHELLE WIGGINTON !! My wife and I hired Rachelle as our agent in our move from California to Texas in the Summer of 2018. It was a disaster. Rachelle was not fully forthcoming in many details of the sales process. For example, Rachelle submitted and signed "Seller's Disclosure" which we initially signed then submitted SECOND "Seller's Disclosure" she wanted us to sign with different information. This is just one of many examples we were unhappy about. I would not recommend hiring Rachelle Wigginton as your Realtor.
