Not only did Rachelle check up on us regularly to be sure we were "on top" of all the paperwork and their due dates, but she and her husband, Justin, also came to the house and helped us move furniture around when we needed extra hands, covered the cost of the storage unit as we were prepping to move, but also helped load the truck on our final day. I would recommend her with a hearty high five to anyone who is going through either buying or selling their home. This was a particularly wrenching decision, as we thought this would be our "forever" home so I was "on the ledge" more than a few times leading up to actually selling our house - Rachelle was encouraging and her timely words of wisdom and comfort helped make the transition easier for me specifically.
