I met Rachelle at a local first time home buyer seminar. She welcomed everyone that came through the door, came around to talk to everyone and took the time to understand everyone's needs. I decided to use her for my very first home buying experience and I am so glad I did! Rachelle is very optimistic with an infectious personality. She worked tirelessly to help me in my search and made sure the properties that were shown matched my criteria. She listened while keeping great communication throughout (and after) the whole process and assured me she was there to answer any questions. There were times when I was beyond nervous (as buying a house is a big deal) and she sensed that and was able to use her assuring voice and words of wisdom to calm my nerves. Rachelle is very personable, while being professional. In my opinion, that is a rare trait. She also asked daily about how I was doing, my family, asking me questions to get to know my likes and dislikes without being intrusive (I'm an introvert but I felt at ease in having conversation). She not only cares about finding the right house for her client, she also cares about the person. Do not hesitate to use Rachelle's services if you are in the market to buy or sell, especially if you want someone who will work hard and treat you like family.

I’m super grateful with Rachel. We probably went to around 15 houses and when I finally find the one I like, we went all against the odds to purchase the house. All from changing lenders, waiting on VA Loan approvals, keeping the seller convinced everything was going to be fine for two months, and even calling me on WhatsApp almost everyday when I was out of the country just to keep me pumped… she did it all and I can’t be more grateful with all she did so I could buy a home in the great Columbus area.
