Rachel was absolutely amazing when it came to helping us find a home. Before Rachel was recommended to us we saw a few homes where agents seemingly had no knowledge at all of the home they were showing. With Rachel, it was the total opposite. Before even looking at homes she took the time to speak with us about what we were looking for, our monthly budget goals, neighborhoods, etc. She began not only sending us listings but also took the time to breakdown what our monthly payments would be depending on what we put down and what taxes were. This was incredibly helpful. When we saw homes she clearly had taken time to learn about them and neighborhood and gave us honest opinions. Once we found the home we truly wanted, she was amazing along the entire journey. She helped every step of the way from negotiating the offer, inspections, and closing. There were times we could not be at the home and she would go in our place during inspections which was above and beyond. There was in constant contact with us as we navigated the situation and is a huge reason we were able to close in 30 days. She definitely knows her stuff and we will certainly be recommending her for anyone in Monmouth County.
