I never thought I’d be able to purchase a home without seeing it. People told me I was crazy…. But I’d do it all over raisin with Kim! Kim was able to be flexible during my workdays to go out and do in person walkthroughs with me on zoom. She was upfront and honest about properties, because zoom can only paint a picture so well. Some properties she scanned for me before seeing and weeded out based on knowing my wants and needs. The home I found had just about everything I wanted in a difficult market, and in person was exactly as she portrayed through zoom and phone. Again, I’d do the process all over again with Kim!
