We cannot recommend Rachel highly enough! She was so helpful and super responsive to all of our questions and requests, and it was obvious that she is incredibly knowledgeable. She gave us excellent advice on pricing and value, told us how much we should expect to pay for various repairs or renovations we might consider, was able to speak to the quality of the mechanicals (water heater/HVAC/septic/etc) and how long before we would have to make various replacements / what the service schedule would be, and pretty much anything else we could think of. And as first-time homebuyers, we especially appreciated all of the answers she provided to questions we would not have even known to ask. And even after she helped us to expertly navigate a highly competitive bidding process to land our dream home (and close within 30 days!), her amazing client service continued - from locksmith services to painting to all the various service contracts we needed for appliances / maintenance, she provided multiple recommendations and always steered us in the right direction.
