Because of market shifts, this house took just a bit longer to sell than I have become accustomed to. Rachel kept me updated on how the market was being affected by interest rates and how the number of days on the market had increased. She stayed calm and objective even when I was getting a little antsy. She assured me that our price was good and that the right buyer would come along. I truly feel that I have a business partner and not just someone to stick a sign in my yard. I feel like every deal is personal to her and I always know that she has my best interests in mind. I recommend her to everyone I know. It makes a difference working with someone who loves what they do. If Rachel is not your realtor, my question is, "why not?"

She was able to tell me a lot about each home we looked at, she would explain things that may need fixed and was super knowledgeable about which homes to look at.
