RACHEL SWARTZ

I have been represented by Rachel on about 10 transactions over the past year or so, both buying and selling. She knows her stuff, and she always shoots it straight, even if she's telling me something I don't want to hear. I greatly appreciate that because I always feel like I'm in the loop with everything pertaining to the transaction I have going on with her. She really does put her clients first, and I have never felt like she is just after her next paycheck. If a house doesn't end up being a good fit for me, there isn't an ounce of pressure from her to try to convince me otherwise. We just go back to the drawing board and start looking for the next one.
