“Rachel Smith” is a name to remember when it comes to an impactful real estate experience. Knowledgeable, professional, relentless and goal driven are just a few ways to describe her successful efforts applied to the marketing and speedy sale of my home. I was impressed with her from beginning to end, as she left no stone unturned. Beyond that, the many conversations we shared kept me informed and up to date with all moving parts of the venture. Being a southern boy, it is important for me to look a person in the eyes and gauge their heart - especially when conducting business. Her warmness melted 99.9% of my concerns. The missing 0.1% comes from my being a country boy also, which forces me to believe nothing until it’s proven. Rachel erased that fraction of doubt. At the rate she is growing and going, she’ll be selling properties on the moon once it’s colonized.
