With her background in interior design, Rachel was amazing in staging our victorian home by making the house look spacious, modern while at the same time bringing out the character of the house. We loved her skills in decorating our home so much that we asked her to decorate our dental office. Now the team and the patients comment on how much they love how the office looks now. Needless to say, we are very lucky to have Rachel as our agent.

Anyone familiar with the current real estate market would understand how difficult it is due to the ongoing pandemic. Add to that being a first time home buyer with a limited budget and lengthy wish list in the Denver market - where home prices continue to soar - and anyone would agree that you're setting yourself up for disappointment. A stressful and (at times) discouraging situation no doubt - Rachel was ultimately able to land me the home I am currently in - which managed to check off all but one box from my 'list' (apparently outdoor pools in Denver are quite rare). It also doesn't hurt that she happens to be a practicing - and very talented interior designer, which allowed us to discuss the potential of every property we saw and in turn, re-established my levels of excitement about each home (I still call her regularly for advice). She was persistent (both in the subjective and objective sense), extremely knowledgeable and prepared at every showing we attended, and her negotiating skills are on-par - even after grueling 4 hour sessions of being grilled by the seller's people. Kudos to Rachel for 'getting me' (what I want)!
