Rachel listened to our needs and the first home she showed us is the one we bought but because we were new to buying homes we wanted to look at several more before making up our minds. After going through two other realtors when looking to purchase my first home, Rachel, was my third and my last. She captured me with her honesty first (which is rare to find these days) then with her knowledge. So it was a no brainer to go back to her when I wanted to sell my house. Rachel, is on top of everything. She dots her i's and crosses her t's. I was guided through every step of the process and informed of the different scenarios involved (good and not so good) and also the hypotheticals. When I'm ready to purchase my second home I will be going right back to Rachel. I'm proud that she is not only my realtor but also has become my friend.
