Shortly after he died I found out through another neighbor on FB that she was a realtor. That was my lucky day. She became not only my realtor but also my advisor. I asked what can I do that will make my house sell more easily. She asked questions to determine a few little things , then advised me of a few small things I could do. She was by my side throughout the entire process - answering questions and making sure I understood everything that I needed to do and how she would help me throughout the closing. She helped me find a place perfect for me and my needs. Again she was there with me throughout it all. I am so pleased with the new place. Rachel showed me many resales but she understood I would be more happy with a new sale. And gently guide me and showed me a couple of places over and over until I could make a decision. I have bought and sold several homes, but this was the best experience ki have ever had.

Rachel and Jennifer were amazing realtors. We've worked with 3 other realtors and they are by and far the BEST. They helped us sell our house in a little over a month. They were very aggressive in getting potential buyers in, and made an amazing video to draw in potential buyers. I would highly recommend them, and even referred them to my Aunt to buy her FL home.
