Mrs. Roetter was very helpful and knowledgeable. She persisted with us for over a year looking for the right house. She was excellent with communication and made herself available for questions or touring properties. We highly recommend her!

I was on a budget and not sure what I was looking for so she gave the tools I needed to look for something that fit my needs. Once I found something she went above and beyond to help make it as least stressful as possible. She worked with the seller to make sure everything was good to go and she was on the phone with the lender to make sure I was fully informed on what was going on... The lender had very poor communication. But thanks to Rachel I was kept up to speed on everything. If you are looking for someone that will make sure you are happy and informed while you are buying a home, I highly recommend Rachel. She was great and I can't thank her enough.
