Rachel Ray helped us both find and purchase our new home and sell our old home. From the get-go, she brought outstanding commitment and knowledge to the table. She had great questions which helped us identify needs that we weren't aware of, and that really helped us understand what exactly we were looking for. She showed exceptional knowledge of how the home search and home buying process works, and helped us avoid common mistakes that she has seen other clients make. Not only did she provide access to suggested properties, but she was willing to arrange to show us anything that we found on our own, often at extremely short notice and at times that fit our schedule. She was always willing to advise on a property if we had questions or uncertainties yet never tried to overrule a concern that we had or talk us into something that we didn't like. She negotiated incredibly well, resulting in an offer below listed price getting accepted on the home we purchased, as well as negotiating for a few extras that we hadn't originally included in the offer. She made herself available throughout the process to answer questions, assist with communication between our lender and the sellers' agent and lender, and had recommendations ready to solve some of the issues we ran into during the move. When selling our home, she got us a price higher than we were planning on listing it for and made for very easy negotiations between ourselves and the buyers resulting in a very positive experience. The transaction was fast, professional, friendly, and very low stress for us. Rachel was excellent in communicating every step of the selling process, just like the buying process, and checked with us more than once after everything was complete to ensure that everything was going well. While I hope we have settled into our lifelong home, should the need to move again arise, I would 100% ask Rachel and the Pershall Group to act as our realtors again. 10/10, highly recommend to anyone!
