She is unquestionably eager to serve at her clients' pleasure, regardless of time and questions asked about the process of home ownership. She's always willing to go the extra mile. She's both personable and professional. She listens intently to your wishes and is a phenomenal negotiator for any potential buyer. Seller's beware, you're dealing with a champion!

Where to start... buying a home is an inherently stressful process and as first time home buyers we had tons of questions and apprehension. We found Rachel through Zillow, and she was absolutely amazing! Not only does it help to have a realtor who is intimately knowledgeable about each neighborhood where you are looking to buy, but also has the insight for future values and ease of future sales. We had a lot of criteria to get us to move from our downtown apartment lifestyle to a home and Rachel easily found homes in our price range that met all of our criteria. The home we bought was on the MLS for a single day and wasn't even listed on Zillow when we toured it with her, and the second we walked in we knew it was going to be our home! Rachel was jumping up and down, so excited to show us what she found. Rachel went above and beyond during the negotiation and closing process and did a ton of work behind the scenes to make things less stressful for us. She is a super savvy real estate agent, a generous and loving person who is easy to communicate with and made buying a home far easier than we had ever expected. We absolutely will be listing with her when we sell!

Rachel and team went over and above to ensure that we were in our home in a timely manner. Her professionalism, eye for detail and persistence made buying our home much easier. She took it upon herself to reach out to our lenders, title company and sellers when we had questions or concerns. She also helped with lining up contractors for granite, flooring and handymen along with inspectors and shopping for appliances. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She is by far the person you want by your side when purchasing/selling your home!!!
