After about a dozen showings, few offers, one failed contract(structure/sewer issues), We settled on a house that required a second look to see why it was skipped. It shouldn’t have been. It checked all the boxes from the beginning. Rachel was available and constantly talking with the selling agent to only put in offers that made sense and almost guaranteed to be accepted. And worked with the sellers to ensure they were comfortable. We were able to come in right around asking and worked in a short post occupancy to allow the sellers to get everything taken care of.
